| Charvel guitars came factory equipped
with oversized (compared to Gibson and Fender) brass strap buttons. Their larger size gave
players security that the strap would stay put eliminating mishaps all too commonly seen
with straps prematurely slipping off smaller sized strap buttons. These brass strap
buttons were most widely found unfinished (brass) or with a black anodized finish that had
a purple hue. |
