WO: 5293Fast facts/points of interest:This minimalist layout was common to many of the 80's guitars; a single pickup, one volume and a locking tremolo. Hey if it was good enough for EVH it is good enough for me. You can see the work order (invoice) number written in the Kahler cavity, "5293" and "V". Not sure what "V" is in reference to but I do see it written in the Kahler cavity on quite a few of these late serial Charvels. General rule of thumb is that the work order (invoice) number was either written in the neck pocket or in the Kahler cavity for the late serialized Charvels (serial numbers 4400ish and later). |
